Workshops will be tailored to suit the needs of your company/organisation. Our workshops are delivered with a sense of positivity and can incorporate some simple fun physical activity if the need arises. What makes our workshops work? They are interactive and fun, with quizzes, games, and interesting conversations.
These workshops are suitable for all ages and can be amended to suit different ages profiles while still maintaining the key message that physical activity and exercise is good for your Wellbeing. These workshops are usually about an hour long and will offer tips, advice, and practical examples of how you can use physical activity to support positive Mental Health and Wellbeing in the workplace.

Limerick Sports Partnership facilitate team bonding workshops for small/medium organisations in Limerick. A combination of physical activity challenges & brain challenges will encourage staff interaction and team bonding among the participants. This team building workshops are tailored to suit the age/ability/needs of the group, and can take place on-site or at a location that suits the group. Team Building workshops are individually designed for each organisation in consultation with the company representative and the outcomes they wish to achieve.
LSP Team building workshops are facilitated in an interactive and fun manner while focusing on increasing social interactions and teamwork throughout.
