Getting Limerick Active
Various teacher training opportunities are facilitated by the LSP each year including specific training for LSP Programmes, NGB Sports and courses/opportunities from other partners.
This ensures that the teachers of Limerick are receiving exposure to new sports and activities that can be taught in their schools. Examples include Badminton, Orienteering, SportsHall Athletics & FMS.
We would be delighted to hear from teachers and what they feel they need assistance with.
Are you teaching in a school in Limerick? Are you interested in upskilling in a specific area of the PE curriculum? E-mail loneill@limericksports.ie with your query and to find out the possible options you will have.
