Summer Fitness

Challenge

Summer Fitness introduces participants to a range of different classes including Spinning, Aerobics, Kettlebells, Circuits, and Boxing etc. This programme is ideal for people who are looking for ways to improve their fitness levels and those who want to try new activities that they might not have tried before.

The programme will run 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and will last for 7 weeks.
