It is important to get at least 30 mins of physical activity every day. The seated exercise programme provides groups and organisations with examples of how to get active while sitting in your chair.
This one-hour workshop introduces participants to warm up activities, strength exercises, cardio movements, and dances. This activity is suited for all abilities and fitness levels and does not require any equipment.
