parkrun

Parkrun involves volunteer-led, free for all 5km runs and has taken both Limerick and the world by storm. These runs take place every Saturday at 9:30am beginning at UL Boathouse, Mungret Park and the Demesne Newcastle West and are free of charge.

You must however register online and from then on it’s you against the clock! Chipped timing helps motivate you and increase fitness levels or if you wish just take part in the social aspect of the run as all routes are looped.
