Older Adult Swim Lessons

6-week adult swim lessons cater for all abilities and swim levels from complete beginner to advanced swimmers. The lessons take place throughout the year in Aura, Grove Island Swimming Pool and are filled on a first come first serve basis. The LSP tries to keep class sizes small to allow for more teacher/ pupil interaction.
