Older Adult Swim Lessons

Our Adult swim lessons take place in UL and Bawnmore. The LSP tries to keep class sizes small to allow for more teacher/ pupil interaction.

Our beginner lessons in UL take place in the shallow end of the pool to cater for beginners. Our Bawnmore classes take place in the deep end of the pool and cater for those who are already comfortable in deep water but would like to improve their swim technique.

If you have any queries, please contact Maria by email mosullivan@limericksports.ie or call 061 – 524975.

Please note our next Older Adult Swim Programmes go on sale on the following dates (Links below):

Important Note:
We’re delighted that so many of you are enjoying our beginner and intermediate swim lessons. To make sure we can accommodate as many participants as possible, we kindly ask that each person takes part in a maximum of two beginner and two intermediate classes. This helps ensure that everyone has the opportunity to take part and progress through the programme.

If you feel you would benefit from additional support or would like guidance on the next steps in your swimming journey, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us—we’re happy to help! Thank you for your understanding and continued enthusiasm.
