This activity is open to Active Retirement Groups, Community Groups and Older Adult Organisations that would like to participate in a 6-week circuit programme in their own venue. A tutor from the Limerick Sports Partnership will bring all equipment and guide participants through a structured circuit class that incorporates a range of exercises for the upper body, lower body, stomach and back. Exercises will include strength, movement, balance, and flexibility activities. All exercises can be adapted to suit the needs of the group and can be catered for individual fitness levels.
