Our minds and our bodies are not separate. What affects one, affects the other. Exercise not only changes your body, it can change your mind, attitude, and your mood. Our Mental Health and Physical Activity workshops will outline the benefits of taking part in physical activity for both your Mental and Physical Health.
Workshops will be tailored to suit the needs of your club, community group, school, or organisation. Our workshops are delivered with a sense of positivity and can incorporate some simple fun physical activity if the need arises. We try to keep them interactive and fun, with quizzes, games, and interesting conversations.
These workshops are suitable for all ages and can be amended to suit different ages profiles while still maintaining the key message that physical activity and exercise is good for your Wellbeing. These workshops are usually about an hour long and will offer tips, advice, and practical examples of how you can use physical activity to support positive Mental Health and Wellbeing.
