Men on the Move is a 8-12 week physical activity programme for men aged 30+ who want to get back into physical activity in a fun, social group environment. This programme is delivered in conjunction with the HSE.
The programme focuses on improving functional fitness through strength, aerobic, flexibility and mobility exercises & activities. The 1 hour sessions are facilitated by a qualified fitness professional and are structured so you can take part at your own pace.

THIS PROGRAMME IS OPEN TO MEN OF ALL AGES & ABILITIES WHO WANT TO GET BACK INTO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN A SOCIAL GROUP SETTING OR FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME.
EACH PARTICIPANT WORKS AT THEIR OWN PACE THROUGHOUT.
€10 Registration Fee covers you for both sessions until Dec 10th.
Each participant will also receive an individual resistance band & exercise booklet posted directly to you.
