Men on the Move is a 8-12 week physical activity programme for men aged 30+ who want to get back into physical activity in a fun, social group environment. This programme is delivered in conjunction with the HSE.
The programme focuses on improving functional fitness through strength, aerobic, flexibility and mobility exercises & activities. The 1 hour sessions are facilitated by a qualified fitness professional and are structured so you can take part at your own pace.
The 12 week programme includes a Basic Health Check (on the first & last session), along with a Nutrition & Wellbeing Workshop.
