The HSE Wellness Workshop is a workshop to promote positive wellbeing. The programme looks at the importance of physical activity for our Wellbeing and also focusses other ways we can focus on positive attitudes and Wellbeing. The workshop will also look at areas like gratitude, goal setting, mindfulness and connecting with each other.
This three-hour interactive workshop is ideal for groups looking to increase their participation in physical activity and interested in promoting positive Wellbeing for themselves and their communities.
