40-MINUTE BEGINNER LEVEL BARRE CLASS

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Our tutor, Carmell DeMello focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen the body.

40-MINUTE BUGGY BUDDIES WORKOUT

This Buggy Buddies workout is for postpartum women to engage in exercise at home with their babies/toddlers . Exercises will include stretching, cardio, body weight exercises and core. You will control the intensity as you follow along, and our tutor will provide you with adaptations for each exercise provided, if required. Note, suitable for mothers of all levels of fitness/abilities.

Grace Burton, LSP tutor and Yoga Instructor from “Flow with Grace” brings an online Yoga session to help you unwind or de-stress. The body will get the chance to feel fully supported by bolsters so it can start to drop into ever deepening levels of rest and relaxation. This is an all levels, all bodies welcome class and is especially good for stress relief.
