8 Week Women’s Cycling Programme! (SEE POSTER)
Join our Women on Wheels (WOW) group and get back on your bike. This 8 week programme is the perfect way for you to get back cycling in a social setting.
During the 8 sessions, participants will learn about gearing, braking, cadence, road safety, bike maintenance and how to cycle safely on the road in a group and as an individual.
This programme is led by qualified and experienced road captains.
This programme will end with a 50km cycle which will take place on Saturday June 18th.
Please Note: you must bring your own bicycle and helmet.
