If you are a beginner, and looking for somewhere to start, this is the perfect programme for you.
- 2 x 45-minute zoom sessions twice per week, for 4 weeks
- Mondays + Wednesdays, (starting Mon 17th of Jan)
- Sessions include a variety of exercises to work the entire body
- Please note this class is aimed at beginners
- Adaptations will be offered to make exercises harder/easier
- Led by a qualified & experienced tutor
- Camera can be on or off – your choice!
