Have you ever wanted to join a gym or start exercising on your own? Now’s your chance! Join up to our 6 week programme specifically for Teenage Girls (15-18 years old) and learn the basics of training towards your goals. Upon finishing the programme, you will have your own 6 week programme to use post programme. See poster
Beginner Programme takes place on Thursdays 4pm -5pm (Jan 20th – Feb 24th)
Intermediate Programme takes place Tuesdays 4pm-5pm (Jan 18th – Feb 22nd) (NOTE: You must have completed the 6-week Beginner Programme before registering for the Intermediate)
