Swim Lessons
- Swim lesson programme for adults aged 55+
- Increase physical activity levels & confidence in the water by improving swimming skills & techniques.
- 40 min group Lessons
- Led by a qualified tutor

PLEASE NOTE: So that we can offer as many people as possible a place on the programme, participants are asked to only book one of the days. If two days are booked, we will have to cancel the second booking. Please note that refunds will not be given for unattended lessons.
