Park Life’s engaging physical activity sessions cater to adults over 55.
Taking place every Monday and Wednesday from the 21st of August until the 15th of November, these 45-minute classes require no equipment. Instead, the experienced tutor leverages the park’s natural environment and outdoor equipment to create a fun and inclusive workout. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or new to exercise, this program accommodates all fitness levels, promoting strength, flexibility, and balance.
