An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until December 13, 2022
Men On The Move (MOTM) is a 6-week Programme open to men aged 30+, who want to get back into physical activity in a fun, social, group environment.
Sessions lasts 1 hour and consists of 40 minutes cardio, 20 minutes’ strength- including warm up/cool down/stretching. Activities within the sessions can include: Team Challenges/team games/circuits/walking/jogging/boxing/walking soccer/bootcamp.
The activities are ALWAYS chosen in consultation with the group. This programme is as much about the social engagement/involvement as the physical activity.
