Mind Body Fusion brings you influences from both Pilates and Yoga, focusing on core strength, flexibility, breath work and relaxation.
This class is totally beginner friendly and can serve as an introduction to these styles of exercise and equally enjoyed by more experienced participants, who like to ensure that they look after their bodies with slow controlled movements and postures.
