Men on the Move is a physical activity programme for men aged 30+ who want to get back into physical activity or try something new.
This online programme focuses on improving functional fitness through strength, aerobic, flexibility and mobility exercises. The 45 minute sessions are facilitated by a qualified fitness professional. These sessions will take place online via zoom
Each participant will receive a Mens Health Information Booklet and a dyna band in the post and will be shown how to use this and incorporate it into sessions.
