Men On The Move!
A physical activity programme for men aged 30+ who want to get back into physical activity in a fun, social group environment. This programme is delivered in conjunction with the HSE and focuses on improving functional fitness through strength, aerobic, flexibility and mobility exercises & activities.
📍 Choice of 2 locations: Moyross Youth Academy (V94 XR4A) or Geraldines AFC (V94 XK82)
📆 Tuesdays & Thursdays, 13th June – 31st August
