An event every week that begins at 7:15 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until April 2, 2022
Desk to 5km is a 6 week ‘Couch to 5km’ style beginner training programme aimed at anyone who would like to increase their physical activity levels to progress from walking/jogging 3km, to completing 5km at the end of the 6 weeks.
Begins 15th of February until 2nd of April
Choose between follow along podcasts or group sessions, train on your own or with a group- it’s up to you!
Podcasts: Tuesday, Thursday Saturday
Each podcast covers 2 sessions and will be sent the day before the next one is due for completion. You will receive the first Podcast on Monday 14th February for you to complete on Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th.
If you are registering for podcast only – a High Viz jacket will be posted out to you. If you are attending group sessions, you will receive one at your first session.
Registration opens Monday 7th February at 4pm.
