Limerick Ladies Cycling Club Spin – a gentle 30km cycle with a welcoming group of ladies and coffee and refreshments half way!  (SEE POSTER)

Where: Meet at University of Limerick East Gate Car Park

What to Bring: Bring a road worthy bike and helmet
