An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until October 20, 2021
Mothers- you can now do your workout and have your baby with you! Join us for a one hour exercise session including cardio, resistance, core and pelvic floor exercises. Meet other mums in Limerick. Adaptations and progressions are provided to suit all abilities. These sessions are delivered by a qualified pre and post natal coach.
