4 full day course that educates participants to teach children and adults the skills and techniques involved in swimming. (See Poster)

Participants must be 16 years of age or older and must have a good knowledge of all swim strokes and be able to swim at least 50meters without stopping.

The course covers areas such as:

• Water confidence
• Front crawl/ Back crawl techniques
• Breast Stroke/ Butterfly techniques
• Diving
• Side stroke
• Developing sessions plans and completing lesson plans

This course is delivered and certified by the Irish Water Safety.
