Aqua Aerobics is a water-based exercise programme that caters for all levels and abilities. Sessions are led by a Qualified Tutor, who guides the group in a range of exercises including strength, cardio, and resistance training.
The programme is for Adults aged 55+. Equipment will be supplied to participants. Each session has 40 Mins of Activity.
Choice of two days/times:
Mondays, 1pm – 1:40pm, 5th September – 10th October (FEMALE ONLY)
Wednesdays, 8pm – 8:40pm, 7th September – 12th October
