An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 24, 2023
Aqua Aerobics is a water-based exercise programme that caters for all levels and abilities. The programmes tutor will guide the group in a range of exercises including strength, cardio, and resistance training.
The programme is for all over aged 55+. Equipment will be supplied to participants.
