Aqua Aerobics is a water-based exercise programme that caters for all levels and abilities. The programmes tutor will guide the group in a range of exercises including strength, cardio, and resistance training.
The programme is for all over aged 55+. Equipment will be supplied to participants.
Choice of two days:
📍 Bawnmore
📆 Mondays, 17th Apr – 29th May, 2023 (Excluding: 1st May)
⏰ 1pm – 1:40pm
💶 The Cost is €36 in total for 6 weeks
OR
📍 Bawnmore
📆 Wednesdays, 19th Apr – 31st May, 2023
⏰ 8pm – 8:40pm
💶 The Cost is €42 in total for 7 weeks
PLEASE NOTE: So that we can offer as many people as possible a place on the programme, participants are asked to only book one of the days. If two days are booked, we will have to cancel the second booking. Please note that refunds will not be given for unattended lessons.
