An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until March 30, 2023
Aqua Aerobics is a water-based exercise programme that caters for all levels and abilities. The programmes tutor will guide the group in a range of exercises including strength, cardio, and resistance training.
The programme is for all over aged 55+. Equipment will be supplied to participants.
Choice of two days:
📍 UL Sports Arena
📆 Tuesdays, 17th Jan – 28th Mar, 2023 (Excluding: 14th Feb)
⏰ 2pm – 2:40pm
💶 The Cost is €60 in total for 10 weeks

PLEASE NOTE: So that we can offer as many people as possible a place on the programme, participants are asked to only book one of the days. If two days are booked, we will have to cancel the second booking.
