An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 28, 2021
Adapted Men on the Move physical activity programme is open to men of all ages and abilities who want to increase their confidence and physical activity levels in a social group setting. Participants engage in aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility and mobility exercises throughout each session. This session is led by one facilitator, so participants are required to engage in the session independently.
