Activator Walking (Abha Bhán Park, Loughill)
Activator walking explores how Activator poles can promote aerobics fitness, mobility, strength, and balance for people with different abilities and fitness levels. The poles are suited for all levels and abilities.
There will be an element of indoor seated and standing exercises encorporated into the session.
This programme is in partnership with Loughill Resource Centre.
