Activator Walking (Newcastlewest)

Activator programme encourages people to get active through walking while also incorporating strength, balance and mobility exercises. This programme will take place in 3 locations- Baggot Estate, Newcastle West Community Centre and Lough Gur and is suited to a range of fitness levels and abilities. It is important to note that the the Baggot Estate and Lough Gur locations are outdoor activator classes and are all standing and cannot be done seated. The Newcastlewest Location will be a mix of indoor and outdoor settings. Activator poles will be provided. Please indicate when registering, if you have your own poles or if you require a set.
