Activator Walking NCW

Activator Walking programme encourages people to get active through walking while also incorporating strength, balance and mobility exercises. This programme will incorporate these exercises through both seated and standing. This programme will take place in Newcastle West Community Centre and is suited to a range of fitness levels and abilities. Please indicate when registering, if you have your own poles or if you require a set.
