We were delighted to have had Sinéad Bradbury MSc, SENr, deliver an ‘Eating for Performance’ Seminar last January 18th in the Woodlands Hotel.
Sinéad Bradbury is a Performance Nutritionist with over 15 years experience working and researching in the field of Nutrition, Sport and Optimum Performance.
In this seminar, Sinéad Bradbury shared Nutrition Strategies on optimising Performance and Health for male and female athletes of all ages. She paid particular attention to adequate fuelling for training and games, hydration, sleep support and guidelines for optimum recovery.
Sinéad is passionate that all coaches should be aware of the dangers of under-fuelling and signs & symptoms that all sporting personnel should be aware of.
