Dyno Band Exercise

Dyno Bands/ Resistance Bands are a great way to introduce strength and flexibility training on a regular basis. This workshop guides participants through a range of dyno band exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels. These exercises can be done seated or standing and can be adapted to suit individual strengths.
