Do you sit at a desk for long periods throughout the day?
Desk to 5km is a 6-week ‘Couch to 5km’ style beginner training programme aimed at anyone who would like to increase their physical activity levels to progress from walking/jogging 3km to completing 5km at the end of the six weeks. Desk to 5km normally takes place in various locations every Spring in the lead up to the Great Limerick Run.
Our team will guide & motivate you through the training programme developed by Athletics Ireland, with a choice of locations in Raheen or Castletroy
