This programme is aimed at women over the age of 18, who are looking to start jogging. This is a 6-8 week programme delivered by an LSP tutor and is suited towards all abilities. Sessions include jogging and walking for certain times and the aim is to walk a little less and jog a little more each week. You will also receive a programme to follow at home on your own during the week.
This programme usually takes place in the lead up to the Limerick Womens Mini Marathon. However, if you have a group of 12+ women, it may be possible to set this up in your community (depending on our capacity at this time).
