We currently have two great programmes available to teenagers and young adults. While the focus is very much on physical activity, our programmes offer so much more than that. We provide an opportunity for teenagers and young adults to connect with others who have similar interests in a safe and structured environment. Our ultimate aim is that when the programmes finish, our participants will have found a new healthy pastime and maybe even some new friends.
