After a successful four weeks so far, we are extending our Buggy Buddies programme with a new 4-week block. The programme will again be online via zoom and will be available to sign up from this Thursday 18th, 2pm.
Buggy Buddies is a four week physical activity programme to get postpartum women/new mothers to engage in exercise at home with their babies/toddlers .
The 1 hour sessions consists of approx. 40 minutes of cardio exercises & 20 minutes of Strength and Stretching.
The programme aims to improve participants strength & increase overall fitness, and to have the knowledge and confidence to be able to continue to be physically active post programme.
Exercises will include stretching, cardio, body weight exercises and core.
You will control the intensity as you follow along, and our tutor will provide you with adaptations for each exercise provided, if required. Note, all levels of fitness/abilities are welcome to join.
