Adapted Men On The Move is a non-competitive physical activity programme for men with varying abilities.
This 5 week Men Only physical activity programme is aimed at men who want to build confidence and increase their physical activity levels in a fun and social group setting. This is a group physical activity programme led by one instructor. Participants must be able to exercise independently (without direct assistance from a support worker).
Activities include walking, jogging, flexibility & mobility exercises, strength exercises and interactive games & activities.
Our current Adapted Men On The Move Programme has 2 Online Sessions each week- Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11am.
The online sessions will take place weekly until 10th December.

Cost: €10 Registration Fee (covers you for both sessions up until Dec 10th)
Registration fee also includes a resistance band & exercise booklet sent directly to each participant.
