Adapted Men On The Move is a non-competitive physical activity programme for men with varying abilities.
This 4-6 week Men Only physical activity programme is aimed at men who want to build confidence and increase their physical activity levels in a fun and social group setting. This is a group physical activity programme led by one instructor. Participants must be able to exercise independently (without direct assistance from a support worker).
Activities include walking, jogging, flexibility & mobility exercises, strength exercises and interactive games & activities.

TUESDAYS- UL Sport Outdoor Hurling Ball Wall @ Maguires Pitches, UL
THURSDAYS- Online through Zoom. Log in the comfort of your own home, back yard, classroom, office, garden etc.. Wherever you have the space 🙂
