This 6 week Men Only physical activity programme is aimed at men who want to build confidence and increase their physical activity levels in a social group setting.
Adapted Men on the Move focuses on building men’s confidence & social interactions through the medium of physical activity. The programme is structured so participants work towards improving their functional fitness of aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility and mobility. Sessions are led by a qualified fitness professional and are structured so men can engage at their own pace. It is important the men can exercise independently as there is one instructor facilitating the group.
